Managing End to End Hiring for positions for various locations in India & Africa across all Branches Working on various positions across multiple functions (Operations, Marketing & Sales, Finance & Accounts etc) Sourcing CVs through various Internal / External Sources. Working on various Job Sites, Social Media & Professional Networking Sites for identifying candidates for various roles. Scheduling line ups and interviews with the various functional managers or hiring managers based on their requirement. Coordination with Managers, HODs & various Internal Stakeholders for Interviews & feedback. Negotiating Salaries with Candidates & On-boarding their Joining. Maintaining Recruitment Tracker/MIS. Responsible for achieving Hiring Target. Participating with HRBP for conducting HR Interviews. Developing a network & Talent Pool for filling upcoming positions.
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources
- Good written and verbal communication skills,
