Digital operations shall include areas such as: - Digital Procurement, - Connected Supply Chain, - Digitally connected manufacturing, etc. • Communicate with senior members of engagement teams on time to tie basis. • Work with Engagement Teams to develop client s Digital Operations strategy, help design their Operating Model and also, help set up their Governance framework. Digital operations shall include areas such as: o Digital Procurement, o Connected Supply Chain, o Digitally connected manufacturing, etc. • Work in the areas of Digital Supply Chain management and should be familiar with Supply Chain planning, monitoring, optimization, etc. • Work on developing supply chain simulation models using industry recognized digital tools • Work on areas specific to - digital operations maturity assessment, supply chain analytics and intelligence, supplier management, etc. • Understand the requirements of the clients and provide value added inputs during various stages of the projects • Communicate with senior members of engagement teams on a day to day basis • Independently manage engagements, ensuring that work gets completed within the expected timelines and as per defined quality standards.

Requirements

  • Master s Degree in Management, with specialization in Operations will be an added benefit
  • Any industry recognized certifications in the areas of Digital Operations or Connected Supply Chain will be of added benefit.
  • Proven track record of working in supply chain transformation projects, leveraging digital aids
  • Proven working experience on tools like:
  • SAP IBP Control Tower
  • JDA/Blue Yonder
  • Anaplan
  • Llamasoft
  • Riverlogic
  • Anylogistix
  • Experience working with MS Office and Google Suite
  • Strong written and communication skill
  • Past experience in working in both independent projects as well as a team-based environment.
